Wedding: Mike & Iveth

Almost a month ago, Mike and Iveth tied the knot!  I’m just loving what I’m seeing in develop.

The day started out with a nice patch of sun, which eventually flipped to a rainy thunderstorm!  Even on days where the weather doesn’t work out, there are always great pictures to be had indoors.  As long as there’s love, there will be great pictures.  Or um,… at least, where there’s love, and a decent photographer.

During the course of the wedding, I was looking for some nice places for photos, and eventually found some interesting window-like props leaning up against one of the walls at the reception venue.  Instant backdrop!  Yay!  Lots of great music, dancing, family and friends really made this simple event shine. Even the waiters were personal friends that donned bowties and aprons to give a modest dinner some flare – then it was great to dance along with them on the floor!

  2. LOVE the pics!! So many to single out! Btw Iveth lived on the first floor of her building, how did the idea of coming down a flight of stairs came up?

    • Thanks Nancy!

Maybe she was getting ready in someone else’s 2nd floor apartment? Not staged! 😉 Hehe

      • Oh okay! LOL! It looked so natural like you saw it and snapped. That explains it!
